Tesla-Protect Installation Insurance

With Tesla-Protect installation insurance, you don’t have to worry if you fail to attach your films.

If you damage the film while applying it, you will receive a free replacement for the products for which you have purchased the insurance.

The Films from Tesla-Protect are cut to fit precisely and fit 100% for the parts of your Tesla. For some products (Sidekit large, Front bumper,…) it may be necessary to stretch the film slightly/pull it to the right place so that installation can be carried out without folds.

General conditions of the Tesla-Protect installation insurance:

• The insurance only is sold individually and per product.
• The installation insurance is valid for 45 days from the day on which you have verifiably received the Film (shipment tracking).
• No cash replacement possible. No refunds for insurance.
• If you have purchased a product without insurance for that product, you are not entitled to a return or free replacement. However, we offer you a significant discount for a replacement film.
• A replacement can be requested a maximum of once.
• Tesla-Protect is responsible for deciding whether this is an insured event.
• If you damaged the Film while installing it and would like to make an insurance claim, report the damage using the form below or send us photos/videos of the problem in as much detail as possible to office@tesla-protect.at
• We will review your case within 48 hours and send you a free replacement for your film.
  You only have to cover the Shipping Costs.
• If you have installed the Film properly, there will be no insurance claim.
• If the Film is damaged other than during installation, the insurance claim will not apply.

Update April 4, 2024:

• Without photos there is no insurance claim
• Scope: The assembly insurance applies to all countries within the European Union.

Update July 10, 2024:

• If products from a bundle/kit are affected, all other films must be installed first. You are only entitled for one replacement delivery.
• The shipping costs for a replacement delivery must be paid.

Prices:

Products or kits (bundles) up to €100 including VAT: €8 including VAT.
Products or kits (bundles) up to €200 including VAT: €12 including VAT.
Products or kits (bundles) up to €300 including VAT: €16 including VAT.
Products or kits (bundles) up to €400 including VAT: €20 including VAT.
Products or kits (bundles) up to €500 including VAT: €24 including VAT.
