Terms of service
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the operator of the shop “Tesla-Protect” (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”). Any deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions from the Customer shall not become part of the contract, even if known, unless their validity is expressly agreed in writing.
2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with the provider “Tesla-Protect” – DynamiLED GmbH.
3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract
The provider's offers in the online shop are non-binding. The customer can select products from the provider's range and place them in the shopping cart. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods in the cart. The provider will promptly confirm receipt of the order. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. The provider reserves the right to accept the customer's offer within 2 business days. The contract is concluded when the provider accepts the offer.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a right of withdrawal. Details are provided in the provider's withdrawal policy.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices including VAT. Additional shipping costs may apply and are shown during the checkout process.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout. Shipping will generally occur only after receipt of payment. Exceptions may apply in individual cases.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. The provider is not liable for damages caused by improper use or handling of the goods.
9. Data Protection
The provider's privacy policy is available on the shop's website.
10. Final Provisions
If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the intended economic purpose.
The law of the Republic of Austria applies. The UN Sales Convention is excluded. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships shall be the provider’s registered office.
We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time without giving reasons. Changes will be communicated to the customer via email at least two weeks before they take effect. If the customer does not object within two weeks, the amended GTC shall be deemed accepted. The email will explicitly point out this deadline.

The use of all products is at the user’s own risk. The user is responsible for using the products in accordance with the applicable installation instructions, handling guides, and safety recommendations.
We accept no liability for damages resulting from incorrect installation, improper use, incorrect maintenance, careless removal, or faulty application of our products. This applies in particular to Paint Protection Films (PPF) and similar products, which may cause paint damage or other secondary damage if used incorrectly.
Although Tesla-Protect places great emphasis on quality, precision, and ease of installation, the correct and careful application of our products is solely the responsibility of the customer.
