Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, has taken physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• goods made to the customer’s specifications, or
• goods clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs.

Information on individually manufactured products

All our products are manufactured individually after an order is placed and packaged upon customer request. By purchasing, you commission us to manufacture the selected, perfectly fitting film parts from the desired material for a specific vehicle. We generally do not keep stock.

Please ensure before placing your order that you require the selected kit and that you also intend to carry out the installation.

Once your films have been produced, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 FAGG (Austria) and Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as these are goods made to customer specifications.

As a gesture of goodwill, we usually accept returns of smaller products (e.g. door sills, small side kits, door handle films), provided they are unused, unopened and in original condition and can be resold. There is no legal entitlement to this.

Returns of larger parts or sets, in particular combinations of multiple film parts that were specially assembled and produced for a single order, are excluded, as these combinations cannot be resold.

Simply refusing acceptance of the shipment without a prior declaration of withdrawal does not constitute a valid withdrawal.

Information on fitment and installation

All vehicle models are digitally captured by us using highly precise 3D scanning technology with an accuracy of under 1 mm. Based on these data, the exact cutting contours for our pre-cut films are created.

The supplied films are therefore mathematically and physically precisely fitting, provided they are installed under correct installation conditions.

Complaints perceived as alleged “fitment issues” are, in practice, almost always attributable to installation errors or unsuitable installation conditions, in particular:

• unsuitable processing temperatures,
• incorrect handling or incorrect installation sequence,
• insufficient experience with installing protective films,
• insufficient, excessive or uneven stretching of the film,
• carelessness during installation.

These circumstances are outside our sphere of influence and do not constitute a defect in the fitment of the delivered products.

In rare cases, production defects may occur. However, these do not relate to the fitment of the cutting patterns, but exclusively to material-related defects such as film damage, inclusions or transport damage.

Special information for deliveries outside the EU

For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway), customs duties, import charges or import VAT may apply. Refusing acceptance of the shipment due to such charges does not constitute a valid reason for withdrawal or return.

In such cases, the buyer bears all costs for return shipping, return transport and any other expenses incurred.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement under any circumstances.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Damaged or used products cannot be resold as new; the corresponding loss in value will be charged.
